Road Modification Project – 340 Industrial Ave.

Claridge Homes is undertaking road work on Industrial Avenue and Neighbourhood Way to prepare for the construction of the new Riverstone Retirement Residence at 340 Industrial Ave in 2012. The project will include:

Industrial Ave, Alta Vista Dr. to Neighbourhood Way:

New sidewalk on south side
New multi-use pathway
Concrete median extension
New accesses (2)
New bus pads

Neighborhood Way, Industrial Ave to Coronation Ave:

New barrier curbs on east and west sides
New sidewalk on west side
New access

The above meets the conditions as set out in the approved site plan.
