Ottawa’s ash trees have been hit hard by the invasive Emerald Ash Borer beetle.  The effects have become especially visible in the summer of 2011.  The beetle has hit many areas in Ottawa including Riverview Park.

You can save your ash tree!  Ash trees can be treated and saved with the federally-approved insecticide “TreeAzin”, developed by Natural Resources Canada and BioForest Technologies Inc.  Contact an arborist trained in emerald ash borer beetle to arrange for treatment.
