Due to the overwhelming response for tickets, unfortunately for those who did not mange to get one, we can no longer sell any tickets as the restaurant is now at top capacity.
For those lucky enough to attend, please come prepared with your chequebook or cash in order to bid on the thousands of dollars of silent auction items.
The public will learn nothing more about the central library until December when a final recommendation on the site and other project details will be brought to the OPL Board and then to City Council – for a final decision. Secrecy will shroud the whole project for the next four months. For a public project of this scale and public importance, secrecy
is simply unacceptable.
Please join us on Monday September 19th at the Dalhousie Community Centre located at 755 Somerset St. (corner of Somerset and Empress) at 7pm to find out how you can help.
You can find more information on this important project by contacting: firstname.lastname@example.org
